- I thought it was about time I jumped on the bloggers bandwagon and shared some of the fantastic music I've been collecting from the last 10 years as well as some of the latest additions. It'd be a shame not to promote some of the artists who've given me so much pleasure while I've been watching people dance to their music. As a DJ I'm torn between all the great sub-genres of dance music, never able to decide whether I want to commit to any single one because there is so much good music happening at all ends of the spectrum. That means you can expect a decent variation of tracks but one thing will stay the same. All the music I'll be posting on here I consider pretty special to me and I hope it provokes the same good feelings in you. If any of the artists or lables would like their music removed from this site please contact me at getfunkdup@hotmail.co.uk and it will be promptly arranged, but remember, I'm only trying to spread the bug, I'm the guy who plays your music to all my friends and then gets them to come to your gigs.
